July 7, 2016
Søstrene Grene’s Second Dublin Store
Søstrene Grene’s second Dublin store opens in the Blanchardstown Centre tomorrow, July 8th. This is the Danish store’s second shop in Dublin, Søstrene Grene in Dun Laoghaire opened late last year. The opening of its second Irish store is fantastic news for Irish lovers of affordable Scandinavian home ware.
The Danish retail store first opened its doors in 1973 in Aarhus in Denmark and now has over 100 stores across Europe and Japan. The stores stock unique, affordable, great quality Scandinavian designs in interiors, kitchen ware, DIY, craft and party supplies. The cost of Søstrene Grene items are low yet they have a strong ethical code of conduct which all their suppliers must meet. With candles and glassware prices at a couple of euro and soft furnishings for under €20, there is serious value to be had.
Søstrene Grene describe their current collection which is available in both Dublin stores with the words ” creativity, colour, nature, wood, basketwork and soft textiles”
Their ceramics, cushion covers, floor mats and glassware exude Scandinavian cool and their party and garden decorations are bursting with colour and vibrancy. There is a lot to love about Søstrene Grene but don’t take our word for it, go and see for yourself. We recommend you take a basket when you walk in the door!
Søstrene Grene Dun Laoghaire is located at 89 Georges Street Lower, Co Dublin and the second Dublin Søstrene Grene store in the Blanchardstown Centre will be located on level 1 in the centre.
